7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers must contact OFFCULTURE® customer support to resolve any order concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider.

Unauthorized chargebacks without first contacting support may be considered a violation of these Terms.

OFFCULTURE® reserves the right to:

• submit all order records, shipping confirmations, tracking information, and customer communications to payment processors to dispute fraudulent chargebacks
• suspend or permanently block accounts associated with abusive dispute behavior
• refuse future orders from customers with a history of fraudulent disputes.

If a chargeback is filed after a product has been delivered, OFFCULTURE® reserves the right to pursue recovery of goods or payment through appropriate legal channels.

8. Limitation of Liability

OffCulture Commerce Inc. shall not be liable for:

• indirect damages
• incidental damages
• consequential losses
• lost profits

arising from the use of the website or products.

9. Governing Law

PRE-ORDER & PRODUCT DROP POLICY

OFFCULTURE®

OFFCULTURE® releases products through limited drops and pre-order collections.

This policy explains how those purchases work.

1. Pre-Order Products

Some products may be listed as Pre-Order.

Pre-order items are not immediately available and are produced after orders are placed.

Estimated production timelines will be displayed on the product page.

Typical production window:

3–6 weeks

Shipping begins once production is completed.

2. Mixed Orders

If an order contains both:

• in-stock items
• pre-order items

The order may be shipped once all items are ready, unless separate shipping is arranged.

3. Drop Collections

OFFCULTURE® releases limited collections in scheduled drops.

These items are produced in limited quantities and may sell out quickly.

Orders placed during drops are processed in the order received.

4. Order Changes

Because drop products move quickly through production:

Orders may not be modified after they are placed.

This includes:

• size changes
• address changes
• product swaps

Customers should review their order carefully before checkout.

5. Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After production begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.

6. Delivery Timeline

Pre-order delivery timelines are estimates.

Production delays may occur due to:

• material sourcing
• manufacturing schedules
• global logistics

OFFCULTURE® will provide updates if timelines change.

7. Limited Availability

Pre-order items are often produced in limited runs.

Once production capacity is reached, the product may be removed from sale.
