This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through offculturee.com and is governed by the policies of OffCulture Commerce Inc.

By placing an order through this website, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.

OFFCULTURE strives to ensure every purchase meets the expectations of our clients. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, returns may be requested under the conditions described below.


1. Return Window

Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date recorded by the shipping carrier.

Requests submitted after the return window expires will not be accepted.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All original tags and packaging must remain attached
• Item must be free from damage, stains, odor, alterations, or signs of wear
• Item must be returned in resalable condition

OffCulture Commerce Inc. reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.

Rejected items may be returned to the customer at their expense.


3. Initiating a Return

All returns must be authorized before shipment.

Include:

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Clear photos (required for damaged or defective claims)

Customers must wait for return instructions before shipping the product.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.


4. Return Shipping

A. Non-Fault Returns

(Change of mind, sizing issues, or preference)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For convenience, OFFCULTURE may provide a Return Label payment link.

Typical international return label cost:
USD $40–$55, depending on destination and courier.

Return labels are typically issued within 2 business days after payment.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


B. Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item is received defective, damaged, or incorrect:

• OffCulturee will cover return shipping
• A replacement or refund will be provided once verified

Claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery and supported by photo evidence.


C. Exchanges

Customers requesting an exchange for a different size or item must return the original item first.

Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Replacement items are shipped after the return passes inspection.


D. EU Region Returns

Due to customs regulations in certain European countries, return shipping labels may be issued case-by-case.

to confirm return eligibility and shipping options.

If a store credit refund is selected, OffCulturee may cover return label costs.

6. Refund Options

A. Refund to Original Payment Method

For non-fault returns:

• Return shipping fees apply
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 2 business days.

Bank or payment processor delays may affect the time it takes for funds to appear in your account.


B. Store Credit (Gift Card)

Customers may choose a store credit refund instead of a cash refund.

Benefits include:

• OffCulturee covers the return label cost
• No expiration date
• Redeemable on offculturee.com

Store credit is issued once the return shipment is confirmed and approved.


7. Customs & International Returns

For international returns, customers must follow the documentation instructions provided by OFFCULTURE.

All shipments must be declared as:

“Returned Goods – No Commercial Value”

The original order number must be included in the shipment documentation.

Incorrect customs declarations may result in additional duties, delays, or rejected shipments.

Any costs caused by incorrect declarations may be deducted from the refund.


8. Processing Time

The typical return process takes 7–15 business days, depending on shipping carrier, customs processing, and inspection.


9. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• masks
• headgear
• gloves
• underwear
• briefs
• close-fitting garments

These items may only be replaced if defective.


10. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Customers must contact OffCulturee support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks without attempting resolution may be considered fraudulent and may result in:

• refusal of future orders
• reporting to payment processors
• dispute defense by OffCulturee Commerce Inc.

 

11. Anti-Wardrobing Policy

OFFCULTURE® strictly prohibits “wardrobing,” which refers to purchasing an item with the intention of wearing it once and returning it.

Returned items showing any signs of wear, including but not limited to:

• odor (perfume, deodorant, smoke)
• stains or marks
• fabric stretching or creasing consistent with wear
• missing tags or altered packaging
• visible washing or laundering

may be rejected.

OFFCULTURE® reserves the right to:

• refuse the return
• return the item to the customer at their expense
• limit or block future purchases from accounts demonstrating repeated abuse of the return policy.

All returned items undergo inspection before refunds are approved.

 

12. Return Authorization Requirement

All returns require prior authorization from OFFCULTURE®.

Customers must request approval by contacting:

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender.

OFFCULTURE® reserves the right to reject unauthorized shipments and may refuse refunds for returns that do not follow the official return procedure.

Return authorization instructions must be followed exactly, including packaging requirements and return address confirmation.
