This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through offculturee.com and outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on:

• weekends
• public holidays
• major international shipping disruptions

During high-volume periods such as product drops, seasonal launches, or promotional campaigns, processing time may extend slightly.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Regions

OFFCULTURE® currently ships internationally to most countries including:

• United States
• Canada
• Europe
• United Kingdom
• Japan
• South Korea
• Australia
• Southeast Asia

If your country is unavailable during checkout, shipping may not currently be supported.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time varies depending on destination and courier.

Typical delivery estimates:

United States
5–10 business days

Europe / United Kingdom
6–12 business days

Asia Pacific
6–12 business days

Other international regions
7–15 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, or peak shipping seasons.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• destination
• package weight
• courier availability

Occasionally OFFCULTURE® may offer free shipping promotions during campaigns or product launches.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

• customs duties
• import taxes
• VAT or local taxes

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

OFFCULTURE® does not control or collect these fees.

Failure to pay customs charges may result in the package being returned or destroyed by the courier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

OFFCULTURE® is not responsible for delays or losses caused by:

• incorrect addresses
• missing apartment numbers
• incomplete shipping details

If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier.

OFFCULTURE® is not liable for packages marked as delivered but reported lost or stolen.

Customers should contact the courier directly to initiate an investigation.

However, our support team will assist when possible.

8. Shipping Delays

OFFCULTURE® is not responsible for delays caused by:

• customs processing
• weather disruptions
• courier operational issues
• geopolitical or transportation disruptions

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

9. International Duties & Refused Shipments

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not controlled by OFFCULTURE® and are the responsibility of the customer.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs fees:

• the order may be returned to OFFCULTURE®
• original shipping costs will not be refunded
• return shipping charges and customs handling fees may be deducted from any refund issued.

OFFCULTURE® cannot guarantee delivery if customs obligations are not fulfilled by the customer.
